Lead-time rules
Counted in working days (Monday–Saturday) from when the deposit is paid and the design approved.

Deposit policy
- A 50% deposit is paid once the design, colours and price are agreed. We start crocheting when it arrives.
- The balance is paid after you see photos of the finished piece, before it ships.
- The deposit is non-refundable once crocheting starts, because the yarn has been cut and used for your order.
- Two free revisions at the design and colour stage. Major changes after crocheting starts cost extra.
- Need it sooner than the usual lead time? Priority orders cost an extra 20%, if the queue allows.
Custom order questions
How long do custom orders take?
It depends on the type and size. Accessories take 3–5 working days, bouquets 3–7, dolls 7–14 and clothing 10–14. The clock starts once the deposit is paid and the design is approved.
Can you make a doll from a photo?
Yes. Send 2–3 photos from the front and side. We'll simplify them into amigurumi style and confirm the details with you before we start.
Can I ask for changes?
Two free revisions at the design and colour stage. Once crocheting starts, big changes such as a new size or style cost extra.
