Who we are

LovelyCrochet is a home crochet business in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. For anything about your personal data, contact us at purnamaw689@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +62 812-9676-1659.

What we collect

  • When you order on WhatsApp: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address, order details and proof of payment.
  • When you sign up for updates: your email address and, if you provide it, your WhatsApp number.
  • When you visit the website: anonymous visit statistics (see Analytics). We don’t use tracking cookies.

We never ask for or store credit card details. You pay directly by QRIS, bank transfer or your own e-wallet.

How we use it

  • To process, make and ship your order.
  • To contact you about your order, such as design approval, payment and tracking numbers.
  • To send updates and free patterns, only if you signed up.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as keeping transaction records.

We never sell, rent or share your data for anyone else’s marketing.

Who receives your data

We only share what’s necessary with:

  • Couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, AnterAja, GoSend, GrabExpress): recipient name, phone number and address for delivery.
  • Our form provider (Netlify Forms): the email and WhatsApp number from the newsletter sign-up form.
  • Marketplaces (if you buy through one): your data is handled under that marketplace’s privacy policy.

Analytics

If analytics is switched on, we use a cookie-free analytics service that collects no personal data and doesn’t track you across websites. We only see aggregate numbers, such as page visits and WhatsApp button clicks.

How long we keep data

  • Order data: kept for 5 years for transaction records, then deleted.
  • Newsletter data: kept until you unsubscribe.
  • WhatsApp chat history: follows WhatsApp’s own storage. You can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

  • know what data we hold about you,
  • request a copy of it,
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data,
  • ask us to delete data that’s no longer needed,
  • withdraw consent to receiving updates at any time.

Security

This website uses HTTPS. Order data is kept on locked devices accessed only by the business owner. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you as required by law.

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
