About these terms
By ordering from LovelyCrochet you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. For marketplace purchases, that marketplace’s terms also apply.
Handmade products
- Every piece is crocheted by hand. Small variations in size (±1 cm), stitch tension and colour layout are part of the character of handmade work, not defects.
- Product photos are taken to look as true to life as possible. Slight colour differences due to screens and lighting can occur.
- Measurements are listed in centimetres on every product page.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time. The price that applies is the one we confirm in the chat when you order.
- Payment is by QRIS, bank transfer or e-wallet. Orders are processed once payment or the deposit is received.
Custom orders
- Custom orders start once the design, colours, size and price are agreed and a 50% deposit is paid.
- Two free revisions at the design and colour stage. Major changes after crocheting begins cost extra.
- The balance is paid after you see photos of the finished piece, before shipping.
- The deposit is non-refundable once crocheting has started.
- If the balance isn’t paid within 14 days of the finished photos being sent, we may cancel the order without refunding the deposit.
- Lead times are estimates in working days. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Priority orders
Orders needed sooner than the usual lead time carry a 20% priority fee, if the queue allows.
Designs and copyright
- The designs, photos, free patterns and text on this website belong to LovelyCrochet. Do not copy or resell them without written permission.
- Free patterns may be used for learning, and items made from them may be sold if LovelyCrochet is credited as the pattern source.
- For orders that copy someone else’s character, logo or brand, you confirm you have the right to order it. We may decline orders that infringe copyright or trademarks.
- We may photograph custom orders for our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Product safety
- Dolls with plastic safety eyes are for ages 3 and up. For babies and toddlers, choose embroidered eyes.
- Always supervise young children playing with dolls or accessories.
- Crochet bouquets contain wire and are not children’s toys.
Shipping and returns
Shipping, exchanges and refunds are covered on our Shipping & Returns page.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We’re not responsible for damage caused by care that doesn’t follow our Care Guide, use beyond the product’s purpose, or courier delays outside our control.
Resolving problems
If something goes wrong, please contact us first on WhatsApp or by email. We’re committed to resolving every complaint amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
