  1. 1. Choose the yarn

    We match the yarn to the job, soft enough to crochet tightly for dolls and sturdier for bags.

  2. 2. Pattern

    Size, colours and details become a pattern. For custom orders you approve the details and colours first.

  3. 3. Crochet

    Stitch by stitch, by hand. A large doll can take 12–18 hours.

  4. 4. Finishing

    Ends are woven in, parts double-stitched, and the shape set by blocking.

  5. 5. Gift wrap

    Kraft paper, ribbon and a handwritten card. Free on every order.

  6. 6. Ship

    Same-day in Bekasi and Jabodetabek, or a tracked courier anywhere in Indonesia.

How do I order?

Tap "Order via WhatsApp" on a product page. The message is pre-filled with the product, variant, colour and quantity. We reply with the total including shipping, then you pay. You can also buy through our marketplace stores.

What's the difference between Ready Stock and Pre-Order?

Ready Stock pieces are finished and can ship the same day if payment arrives before 2 pm WIB. Pre-Order pieces are crocheted after you order, with the lead time shown on each product, usually 3–14 working days.

How can I pay?

QRIS, BCA bank transfer and e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay). On marketplaces, use the app's own payment options.

Which couriers do you use?

JNE, J&T, SiCepat and AnterAja across Indonesia. Same-day delivery by GoSend or GrabExpress is available in Bekasi and Jabodetabek.

How long do custom orders take?

It depends on the type and size. Accessories take 3–5 working days, bouquets 3–7, dolls 7–14 and clothing 10–14. The clock starts once the deposit is paid and the design is approved.
